Ex-resident of Pioneer dies
Lawrence Fackler, 77, former Pioneer resident, died unexpectedly Sunday noon in Hillside Nursing Home.
Mr. Fackler, a native of Madison Township, Williams County, was a retired decorator.
He is survived by four sons, Loren of Toledo, Lavohn of Camden, George and Charles, both of Pioneer; three daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Grube and Mrs. Louise Thomas, both of Defiance; Mrs. Betty Goodwin of Oklahoma and 18 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Thompson Funeral Home in Montpelier. Burial will be in Primrose Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Tuesday.
